We typically complete custom framing orders within three to four weeks. For clients who need their projects completed sooner, we offer rush service for an additional fee.

We require a 50% deposit when you place your order with us. For your convenience, we accept all major credit cards for both the initial deposit and final payment.

Because we offer such a wide selection of mats and frame moldings, we're unable to provide accurate quotes via email or phone. We invite you to bring your artwork to our shop where we can take precise measurements and help you select complementary materials. Once you've made your selections, we'll provide a detailed estimate for your custom framing project.

Every frame we complete comes with both a hanging device attached to the frame and a wall hook for easy installation in your home or office.

Certainly. We're happy to help refresh your framed pieces when your decor changes or if your current mats and frames have become faded or damaged. We can also replace broken glass or upgrade to UV-protective glass to better preserve your artwork.

There's no need to bring in your framed piece, as we maintain detailed records of all orders in our database. We can easily access your previous specifications to create an identical frame.
